I recently moved in and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. From the wonderful team in the office to the management and the incredibly professional maintenance crew, everyone here is on top of everything. Any questions or needs are handled quickly and with genuine care, which makes a huge difference. The entire experience has been fantastic so far. The community is beautiful, the amenities are spotless, and everything is maintained to such a high standard. Waking up here every day honestly feels like being at a resort. It was an easy decision for me, and I truly feel like I’ve found the last place I’ll ever want to live. Short of a mint on my pillow every night, it couldn’t be any better. Highly recommend! – Kevin

Recently visited this property and the staff, particularly Brenda & Kristin, were EXTREMELY patient and helpful to us as we toured several different units and asked sooooo many questions! They never failed to answer every one thoroughly and clearly, and went out of their way to point out all the amenities on the property. The property is bright, clean, easy to get to, filled with friendly residents, and the best one that we've looked at in our search. We're in the application phase at the moment, but are looking forward to being a part of the Overture community soon!

Enjoy living here me and my husband. Have been here for many years. It is very convenient for us,with the Little Mall,Costco,Wal-Mart and many places to eat. Bus stop in front of building Many Senior residents here. Our recreation time for swimming get together is great. Come join us. 55 and over. I want to say that we here have a great team here at Greystar here at Avenida Ricardo. I enjoy very much working with them. They are kind to residents and very helpful. Thank you staff.

I love living at Overture San Marcos! One of the things that truly sets this community apart is the effort the office team puts into planning events for us. The office team is amazing, always friendly and responsive. Karen and Brenda are great! Thank you for creating such a warm and vibrant home.
