⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overture Flower Mound is truly a beautiful 55+ active adult community, but what makes it exceptional is the people. The staff members are absolutely phenomenal—genuinely caring, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond for the residents. You can feel the heart in everything they do. The residents are vibrant, engaged, and truly living life to the fullest. There is such a wonderful sense of community, connection, and joy here. From the activities to the atmosphere, Overture Flower Mound is a place where people don’t just live—they thrive. We were moving to Texas to be closer to family and dreading living in an apartment building! Overture Flower Mound 55+ magically showed up in the phone while we were driving from Florida and we made that our first ...and only... stop! Lora and Carrie were great to work with and we have made great friends in the 8 months we have been here. Looking forward to calling this home for a very long time. Shelba and Albin

Well I lived there for 4 miserable years. Was only to supposed to be until my home was built but covid and my delay in retirement and the hate of moving kept me at the Overture Flower Mound. First of all activities are around the oldest people. My main complaints were all the Dogs the smell is in the hallways and the elevators due to the most cannot walk up the stairs. You cannot walk barefoot in the grass you would probably get worms or step in dog shit. Then they will let anyone in that can make a payment. They rent to people that have kids finding the loop hole well are they 55. They also raised my rent by at least 10-15 percent every year for the cracker boxes they rent. You must buy their 100 dollar bullshit internet/tv package which.is just to add to their profit margin. They gig you for everything especially if rent a garage and or a covered parking that goes up to. They are always in your apartment for one reason or another. I lost a Monte Blanc pen the first month I moved in. So make sure to buy a surveillance camera. So if your nearing death or cannot afford a house this is the place to be.
