What can I say about Kenyada Black? Very sweet young lady, goes above and beyond to take suggestions you bring to her, for future events and truly listen to you. From what I hear from other residents, she has been the best Life Style v Coordinator Overture has ever had. Her proffessionalism and creatine mind is a 10+. She is wonderful and very attentive to the resident's wants and needs!

From our initial contact with this facility, we have been met with friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Priscilla was our initial contact, and she has been wonderful as we transition to this living environment. We came from another similar facility, but this is by far superior! I told a relative that I feel like I am living in a penthouse it is so updated, modern, and beautiful. The kitchen is large, the bathrooms both have seated walk -in showers, and the bedrooms and living area are well lighted and very spacious. Our little dog loves to look out of the floor-to-ceiling windows in our living area. Our apartment is quiet, and maintenance has been very quick to resolve our minor requests. All of the leasing staff have been very helpful. The managers and the other leasing professionals have all been wonderful, as well. I greatly appreciate how they all work together as a team, and all seem to know the guests and keep informed with the requests from them. I look forward to spending many happy times here!

This is such a great place to call home. I love everything about it. The amenities are outstanding. It’s so nice to be surrounded by happy smiling people. Not just the residents but the staff as well. The opportunity to meet others are all around. From a walk down the hall or playing games such as bingo or cards or whatever suits you. There’s the heated pool with water aerobics when weather is good. I like my quiet time too——in my own lovely apartment. Choosing an apartment was simple with my special agent, Lalonnie. She’s a real genuine caring person. Other staff members who always seem to go above and beyond are Priscilla, sales consultant. Kenyada, lifestyle coordinator who is always coming up with something fun to do for the residents. Our Senior community manager is Erica Magana who is very sharp and Im very happy she’s here . Our assistant community manager is Jacob Meyers. Likewise very sharp and great to have around.

The team works well with each other, and that has a great impact on the residents! LaLonnie and Priscilla as the sales team are actively working together to build on the improvements of the community. When it comes to the management team, Erika and Jacob are quick to work through concerns and they work together to approach everything with a positive attitude. Overall, we are happy to be here at Overture!
