My mom has absolutely loved living at Overture Fair Ridge. The apartments are beautifully appointed and the grounds gorgeous. My mom has made so many wonderful friends and looks forward every week to their wine nights, book club and yoga. The staff has been key to making her life so enjoyable and stress free. Elton and Khyati Shaw have been so kind, patient and understanding with my motherʻs requests and needs. My mother is very sad she has to move and will miss her life at Overture. Elton and Khyati have graciously assisted with her move and have made this challenging transition as stress free as possible. Finding good staff that truly care is challenging and Overture is very lucky to have Elton and Khyati at the helm.

I’ve had a truly positive experience with the property management team at Overture FairRidge, and I want to specifically recognize Khyati and Donald for their outstanding professionalism and kindness. From the moment I interacted with them, they were attentive, respectful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was handled smoothly. Khyati consistently brings a calm, thoughtful approach and communicates clearly, which makes even the smallest concerns feel heard and valued. Donald is equally impressive—knowledgeable, dependable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents feel supported and comfortable. I finally got to see what everyone was talking about, and I must say that I’ve heard so many wonderful things about this community. I’m genuinely impressed. It was such a wonderful experience, and now I don’t have to rely solely on my aunt's enthusiasm. I feel so grateful that my aunt has so many friends here. Additionally, the caring staff greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel truly welcome. Mr. Pittman, the property manager, was incredibly reassuring as well. This community is genuinely loving, thriving, and simply wonderful!
