I just got my dad a apartment here and I can tell you before we even move him in we are so pleased and happy. The manager has been so incredible to me and my sister knowing we are having a hard time with where my dad was. She really cared and I spoke with her on the phone and it was like speaking to family. I cant wait to get my dad moved in. I just know he will be well taken care and it means the world to me and my sister. 100 stars if I could give them!

We just recently moved from a Retirement Facility in Florida! It was considered one of the best facilities in Central Florida! Orchid Terrace is so much better! The food is always nice and there are always choices. A nice example is we have hot homemade rolls every day, the same kind you had at school years ago! Like eating at Lamberts Restaurants every day! The residents are another strong point. They are so friendly and polite and are always ready to help you, if you need help! The employees are all friendly and helpful. We have not encountered one incident of an employee being rude or unkind! The Management always has high visibility and are always ready to help you! They always have a big presence in the building and the dining room! They enjoy talking to you.! Management is great! All the employees are great, but Angel stands out as especially dedicated employee! It doesn't take long to see that she has her heart is in her work and she loves Orchid Terrace. She takes joy in being helpful to all the residents. The residents love her! You always know you can go to Angel with any question you have about the facility or the area. Being a local she knows the St. Louis area like the back of her hand! We always feel like we are in good hands when we see her moving about the building! We are so happy with Orchid Terrace, and we have not had one complaint! We love living here!

Jonathan gave us a tour and we were impressed from the get go. His excitement and eagerness to tell us about Orchid Terrace was evident from his greetings to everyone one he saw, knowledge of the rooms, and general information. He made us instantly feel at home. I am glad to say that my parents will be their newest residents in the near future. We are excited to become part of the Orchid Terrace community.
