Nazareth Living Center

I recently stayed at Nazareth Living Center for rehab, and it was a very positive experience. The campus is beautiful, well-maintained, and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Throughout my stay, the staff were consistently kind, helpful, and made everything feel comfortable and well-supported. A special highlight is the spiritual care team, which provides meaningful emotional support to residents. Shelia, who is part of that team, was especially supportive and made a real difference during my time there. The nursing staff, including Kim and Emily, were excellent—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring in their approach. The food was also good, with a nice variety of options available. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and left with a strong positive impression of the facility and its staff.

I’ve called Nazareth home for nearly 13 years in independent living, and it continues to be a wonderful place to live. After a recent fall that required a hospital stay, I transitioned to the skilled rehab here on campus—and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed by the staff. The rehab team and nurses were exceptional—kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Their support made a difficult situation much easier, and I’m truly grateful for the care I received. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I’m thankful to be part of such a caring community.

I would like to recognize Paula R. for the exceptional care and dedication she provides every day. She consistently goes above and beyond in caring for us and makes a positive difference in the lives of everyone around her. Paula not only takes excellent care of the residents, but she also supports and cares for the staff. Her kindness, compassion, and willingness to help do not go unnoticed. I am certainly not the only person who feels this way. Many of us regularly praise Paula because we all know how wonderful she is and how much she contributes to making this facility a caring and supportive place. Her hard work, positive attitude, and genuine concern for others are truly appreciated. Thank you, Paula, for everything you do. Your dedication and compassion mean more than words can express.

Erin is a total gem! She made a really difficult time so much easier for our family. From the get-go, she was incredibly supportive, answering all our questions with patience and understanding. It was clear she genuinely cared about finding the best fit for my mom. Thanks to Erin, we feel confident that my mom is in a safe, caring environment. I can't recommend her enough!
