I recently stayed at Nazareth Living Center for rehab, and it was a very positive experience. The campus is beautiful, well-maintained, and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Throughout my stay, the staff were consistently kind, helpful, and made everything feel comfortable and well-supported. A special highlight is the spiritual care team, which provides meaningful emotional support to residents. Shelia, who is part of that team, was especially supportive and made a real difference during my time there. The nursing staff, including Kim and Emily, were excellent—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring in their approach. The food was also good, with a nice variety of options available. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and left with a strong positive impression of the facility and its staff.

I’ve called Nazareth home for nearly 13 years in independent living, and it continues to be a wonderful place to live. After a recent fall that required a hospital stay, I transitioned to the skilled rehab here on campus—and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed by the staff. The rehab team and nurses were exceptional—kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Their support made a difficult situation much easier, and I’m truly grateful for the care I received. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I’m thankful to be part of such a caring community.

I recently was in a position to find a place for my Mother to live since she could no longer live by herself. A freind of the family recommended Nazareth Living Center. I took a tour of the facility and realized it was more than just a place to take care of my Mother. Andy Mundwiller showed us around and he greeted workers and residents every where we went. Not only did he greet them he knew their names and gave out free hugs. Well that sold me on the place. My mother is the biggest hugger you could ever meet. She regularly hugs Andy when he comes through St Joe Manor. I live in Arizona and cant keep an eye on how my Mom is being treated but after spending a couple of weeks getting her settled, I have no worries about leaving and being a long distance away from her. I can't express enough how loving and caring all the staff members are. My Mom tells me every time we talk how much she loves her new home at Nazareth and wishes she had done it sooner. My heart is happy with the manner and love shown to my Mom.

Erin is a total gem! She made a really difficult time so much easier for our family. From the get-go, she was incredibly supportive, answering all our questions with patience and understanding. It was clear she genuinely cared about finding the best fit for my mom. Thanks to Erin, we feel confident that my mom is in a safe, caring environment. I can't recommend her enough!
