As a healthcare professional, I can speak to the incredible staff at Orchard Pointe. This community is warm, kind, and compassionate. They care beautifully for their residents and their families. I’ve witnessed first hand the tenderness all parties show about the families and patients they serve even after a patient has passed away, this team cares thoroughly for their families. This community genuinely enjoys what they do and it shows! I highly recommend touring and visiting if you’re looking for a place for your loved one.

Could not have picked a better place for our dear mom who had dementia and was there for 8+ years…. The staff was always caring and knowledgeable and you could tell they really enjoy what they do! Christy, Roxy, Katie, Alison ,and all the rest of the gang…. I am forever grateful, and in your debt for looking after my mother. It was amazing that you all could talk to her, and she would light up with a smile and easily give you hugs and kisses when you asked her for them. And a bunch of you even showed up for her funeral service, that totally blew me away! I knew you all cared but wow ….. I kid you not, if I am ever unfortunate enough to inherit dementia, or Alzheimer’s, I have already told my wife that I want to be at Orchard Pointe if possible !!!!

Overall this facility strikes a great balance between independence and support, making it a wonderful choice for families seeking a nurturing environment for their loved ones. I love working with Alison. She's the best.

You can definitely tell in this facility that the company was desperate for an executive director. They didn’t care that she was a bottom candidate. She claims she is going to do something then doesn’t, then you talk to her and acts like she forgot. It would be much better to be direct. Much more professional.
