In searching for an assisted living facility for a family member, we visited several facilities in the area. Oliver Woods in Owosso is far and away the best place that we visited. The facility is well maintained and the staff is friendly and courteous. During the application process Executive Director Carla LaMarr did a thorough job of explaining what to expect from her staff and herself. We left feeling confident that our family member will be well cared for. We would highly recommend Oliver Woods to anyone needing assisted living care.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care and compassion provided at Oliver Woods. From the moment my family and I walked through the doors, we were met with a warm and welcoming environment. The staff is not only professional but also genuinely caring. The nurses and caregivers are attentive and go above and beyond. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, offering a variety of engaging activities for residents to enjoy. I am deeply appreciative of the consistent communication from the staff, who keep us updated and involved in our family member’s care plan. I work at a sister community and so I have been to Oliver Woods for trainings. They are a wonderful community with such a great atmosphere. The staff and management team are absolutely wonderful. The activities are fun and engaging, the food smells and tastes great, the place looks fantastic, and the care is wonderful. Definitely a place you want to take your loved one.
