Oakmonte Village of Davie’s Independent Living community is well kept with a true 5-star look and feel. Every resident I saw appeared happy, well-dressed, and genuinely cared for. The one-on-one attention during activities, along with dignifying care and service, creates a truly upscale, top-of-the-line environment for seniors. Kamil S. at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and jovial; I found Kamil to be friendly and kind with residents throughout my visit. I also had the chance to meet Annette M., Director of Health and Wellness, who demonstrated genuine care for the residents. The community amenities including a wellness center and salon were an impressive touch. Oakmonte Village of Davie’s assisted living facility is exceptionally well kept with a true 5-star look. The lobby and community areas are beautiful. Every resident I saw looked happy, well-dressed, and genuinely cared for. The receptionist, Madeline M., was professional and welcoming. I was also impressed by the secure memory care community, where residents were engaged in activities of their choice, enjoyed appropriate independence, and were well supervised and assisted by attentive staff.

Madeline is the nicest most upbeat friendliest person in the world very informative takes care of everybody huge asset to this company she needs to be praised with a raise lol amazing women, same thing with Charlie the maintenance guy another wonderful man great person huge heart they have such an amazing team the sea building I mean everybody at this place is amazing

In response to owners response: You can hire aides who actually act like they want to be there instead of making residents feel like they are a nuisance if they need assistance. Not all the aides, there are a couple "gems" but if you are not lucky enough to have them assigned to you, than good luck! There are quite a few who apparently hate their job and have no business working with the elderly.

In selecting a new residence for our mom, it was important to our family that it felt like "home." We toured numerous properties and are very happy with our decision to select Oakmonte Village. Mom has been living there for 8 months, and her experience as a resident and ours as a family have been very positive. Oakmonte is well-appointed and has caring and engaged management and staff. From dining to the nursing team, maintenance, housekeeping and activities, everyone on staff has a great attitude and cares for their residents. Daily live music and a Happy Hour brings most of the residents together, and holidays and special events are always beautifully executed. Our thanks to all of the Oakmonte Village team for taking such good care of our mom. We highly recommend!
