This platform gives me the opportunity to exhibit appreciation for the speechless “Welcome Home” greeting by the Novelle Staff upon my arrival in mid-October. As I approach two months residency at the (newly-opened) Novelle Assisted/ Independent Community located in San Jose, I feel comfortable in providing what I perceive “ as a fresh start to a new beginning”. Having been a resident, in the past, at two (local)l Communities, I can appreciate the support-respect and endless kindness provided by the Novelle Team.. “As every flavor has a story “ the dining-style restaurant menu offers a range of options - great taste and most importantly “ the servers are stellar”. Special Recognition/ Tribute to the Novelle (Executor Director) Joyce Welch for her consistent efforts, dedication/ determination with (over 25 years) of experience, to have achieved her goal to “Welcome Home” Approx 166 Residents to this upscale impressive environment-community. People here very happy, friendly love...it

Moved my mom in a little over 2 weeks ago, and have been very pleased with the whole process. From our first visits with Ling, Naoko and the General Manager, Joyce they have treated my mom and my whole family with love and respect. Then after move-in the staff has been very helpful, with a special shout out to the Finance Manager, Will. The staff in the residence dinning hall have been very courteous and they give great support and service to the residence. They have many different activities for the residence of the facility, some of which my mom has already taken advantage of. If your looking for great senior care, please lookup Novell Senior Living and give them a visit.

I recently moved to Novelle, and I’m very happy with my decision. The entire staff is incredibly warm and caring, making me feel at home right away. I’d also like to give a special shout-out to the management team—they were absolutely wonderful and made the whole moving process smooth and easy. Another highlight is the dining experience. The food is always fresh, and the menu changes regularly. I especially appreciate the variety, including Asian dishes. Everything is delicious, with plenty of choices each day. I would also like to highlight the exercise program. With three classes offered daily, it fits everyone’s schedule very well. The activity room is bright and spacious, and I enjoy playing Mahjong there with friends and fellow residents. Overall, this is a wonderful community, and I highly recommend it!
