A really wonderful community on the north side of Spokane that always goes above and beyond for every resident and every family. The team at North Point Village puts their heart and soul into everything they do and it shows. I highly recommend this team without hesitation as I know they treat their residents like family. With kindness, open hearts, and respect, no matter what the situation.

This community is one of the best in the area. The community is well cared for as far as maintenance and grounds. The building itself is beautiful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff genuinely care about the care provided and individual residents.

Spokane community: Beware of sending your family here. It is all about cash to this facility. The LPN (M) in charge is not truthful when doing pre-admission assessment to accumulate points to get more funds. Random staff pass medication without the proper credentials or training. They were in stop placement for a bit because of resident injury. The new administrator (J) is a huge bully. His only worth is in his title because he clearly can’t lead. He is a disparaging person who should not be in charge of residents. Before placing anyone in this facility ask them to see their state tags. They have to produce this and you will see all of the problems there. And don’t let them talk you into moving folks to the cottages. It is all about the money.
