Niagara Village

My tour at Holiday Niagara Village was done very personally and professionally, with Kristie, Community Sales Manager at the facility. Prior to my tour, which was being done for a prospective Independent living apartment for my mom, Kristie sat down with me to review what the facility has to offer, along with any questions or concerns I may have. She was very caring, concerned and thorough. She then took her time to show me around. The facility is very clean, nicely decorated and it appeared as the residents enjoyed gathering together outside of their own apartments in the many gathering rooms, allowing them to enjoy each other as friends and companions. There are many things all inclusive in the monthly Holiday rent with a few important ones for me to mention including 3 meals served fresh every day, either in your apartment or a communal dining room, transportation available for local appointments, errands, etc. , and many more. I toured the Studio apartment, which for our purposes was small and a one bedroom apartment that was under renovation. As I mentioned prior, this facility is very nice, the staff very welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating, but due to a recent move to a similar facility in a location close and convenient for family visitation, along with a cost factor, we will not be utilizing them at this time.

My future father in law, Raymond, became a resident in August 2024. It was exactly what he needed in his life. The residents have welcomed him in and the staff were so helpful in the transition. The manager, Angela, was amazing and walked Ray around and kept checking on him. The food is delicious and we eat with Ray from time to time. There are private health aids available to support the residents which give us a peace of mind that he gets his pills and takes a shower. We love to visit Ray and have developed relationships with the other residents too. I highly recommend Holiday Niagara for your loved one that needs some support and assistance but doesn’t need to go on lockdown at a nursing facility.

I enjoy living here everyday. Everywhere is always very clean and you know they care about the tenants the way they treat everyone. The 3 meals a day are always very good and you are given 3 selections to choose from if you don't like what they plan on serving. There are many different activities one can choose from if one wants to participate. All the employees are very friendly, helpful and ready to help in any way they can. They all seem to enjoy working at Niagara Village

Holiday Niagara Village is a truly wonderful living community. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and care that fills the place. The staff goes above and beyond for their residents. Always kind, attentive, and willing to help in any way they can. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the well-being and happiness of everyone who lives there. The facility is beautiful, welcoming, and clean. I highly recommend Holiday Niagara to anyone looking for a supportive and caring place to call home.
