My dad lived at New Haven for 6 years until his passing. We could not have been more pleased with the care that was given to him. Everyone was so kind and caring to him. He was given very special care. One month after his passing, my mom moved into New Haven. We loved the facility so much, Mom knew that was the place she wanted to live. She was also given excellent care. She also lived there 6 years before her passing. We could not have asked for better care for our parents. They were like family to us, and we appreciate everything they did for our parents in the last year of their lives. We absolutely Loved it there!!!

My mom was in New Haven and experienced the best care! The memory care team was so sweet, caring, comforting and helpful to her. They treated her like family and were always very welcoming. Activities were awesome also. We have made some life long friends with some staff. We highly recommend New Haven Court for you loved one!!

New Haven has been the best place for my parents; the food is phenomenal and the activities are so wonderful!! The staff is friendly and so accommodating. My parents have so many options; from music events, rides in the bus and they take our parents suggestions seriously. They even took their suggestion for a trip to Cracker Barrell! Mom was ecstatic!! Thank you to everyone including the housekeeping and maintenance teams. Best place EVER!!

We moved our family member into New Haven Court in mid-April 2026. The process leading up to it was very smooth. Macey and Chelsea were wonderful to work with during the process. Everyone at New Haven since moving in has been very friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful facility located in a great area. I feel we picked the right place for our family member’s new home.
