My Mom just moved into New Perspective. Her first experience moving and living in a Senior Community. Everyone here is wonderful. The staff and the residents. So many friendly people. From the minute you walk in the front desk greets you and can direct you to where you need to go. The facility itself is beautiful. Its appearance is warm cozy and very clean. There were residents everywhere enjoying different parts of the amenities available. I met with Abby for a tour on my Moms behalf. I was immediately impressed. Abby is thoughtful caring and will answer any question you might have. She’s extremely knowledgeable. She really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. She even went up to my Moms room to check on her a few days after move in then texted me with a concern ! Not her position to do that late at night but she took it upon herself to be concerned and so caring. The comfort in knowing your loved one is so cared for is worth so much! I highly recommend Abby for all your needs questions or concerns. Such a delightful human being she is! Placing our parents in housing is such a difficult and emotional experience. Abby took all that worry away for us. There is lots to navigate when starting out living here. But everyone is wonderful and you never have to hesitate to ask for help. The rooms are so spacious and plenty of storage. I especially appreciate the size of each room for placing furniture. My Mom has a walker but can easily navigate around her apartment and around furniture. The entire community around this area is lovely & safe. My Mom even said herself how safe she feels. Getting out for groceries or outings is so easy as there is everything you need right here in town. The elevators and carts in lobby make it easy for all your needs living on the higher floors. If I had to say anything negative it is not really negative but rather disappointing is that the room preparation wasn’t what we expected prior to move in. The painting and carpet cleaning wasn’t done as was stated that it would be. It was VERY clean but nonetheless they didn’t finish preparing it . You pay for that at move in . However we are still waiting to see if they will rectify on their end those services they didn’t complete. The maintenance department had ample time prior to our move in but didn’t do what is stated in lease agreement. My suggestion would to be make sure that is done before moving in. This is my reason for the 4 stars. Be sure to reach out to Abby . She will guide you through the process of all your needs placing your loved ones here at New Perspective with genuine love and concern. She is definitely what would be my 5 star approval. Thank you Abby for helping us through such a difficult time in our Moms life. It has meant so much to me knowing you understood.

Our parent lived at New Perspective West Bend for 2.5 years, having transitioned by necessity from her own home out-of-state after the death of her spouse. Right away, our parent felt at home with friendly staff and other residents who were her "welcoming committee." The care staff were attentive, kind, and caring. Response time in general is very good. The very competent nursing staff went out of their way on numerous occasions to advocate and care for our parent. Administration was considerate and very creative and flexible to work through some difficult situations they encountered with our loved one. They truly cared for her like their own family member. Abby (admissions) and Bri (administrator) are some of the most compassionate people you will ever encounter. Abby especially formed a special and precious bond with our parent. Esthetically, this is a gorgeous, well-cared for facility with a very dedicated "going-the-extra-mile" maintenance crew. The meals are delicious! Chef Michael does an amazing job connecting with residents with regular meetings in order to receive and implement feedback. His holiday spreads are AMAZING! Our parent didn't participate in activities, but there are a wide variety of engaging and entertaining things to do. As a family, we enjoyed our visits, always engaged with staff in a positive way, ate meals with our parent in the dining area, had private family parties, and enjoyed times together at the warm pool!

My folks moved in to New Perspectives West Bend in August. It is great that they can live in an apartment together and where they can still live together while dad gets the extra help he needs. Everyone there is very nice and the facility is clean and well kept up. The Executive Director Bri is very responsive with any concerns or questions and care giver Gwen and food service workers Danielle, Alice & Kenzie are always nice and kind to my parents.

My Mom moved into New Prospective (Betty Harbor) from another facility back in July 2025. It was the best move that we could have possible made! There is always enough staff on hand and they are ALWAYS VERY friendly and willing to help where needed. There are so many activities offered weekly/monthly for the residents to partake in. You can tell that the meals are always thought out. Not only do they look good and taste good but they are always nutritious. I would not have my Mom living in any other facility!
