I toured a few months ago and was able to meet several staff members and see the building! The apartments were spacious and beautiful, the staff was kind, compassionate and intentional, and I was impressed by the number of engaging spaces and intentionality in activities. Bri is a very compassionate and understanding person who will help answer whatever questions you may have about Senior Living and will help guide your loved one to the best fit for them! Bri, you and your team are amazing!

0ur mom is currently in independent living at New Perspective for the last 2 years. The facility is always welcoming, inviting and clean. Her apartment fits her needs. Maintenance staff always responds quickly when needed. There are also specific places to go for severe weather and fire emergencies. The staff is friendly, helpful and supportive. Jan and Casey make a great team for activities provided at New Perspective. The front desk staff is personable, pleasant and accommodating. New Perspective offers a wide variety of activities. Our mom participates in bus trips, crafts, bingo, nails and seasonal parties. She also enjoys the daily happy hour and weekly music, movies, donuts, muffins and coffee. She especially likes that her family can participate in special events and can have use of the pool. Overall, she is very satisfied and happy with her living arrangements and would highly recommend New Perspective. Patti B, Ginnell M and Glenn B

We have been very happy with the move for my in-laws to New Perspective in February 2025. The building is beautiful and offers so many activities and events. The meals have been great and my father-in-law especially looks forward to eating in the dining room and having three hot meals a day. It is nice that we can stop by anytime and join them for a meal - and we have done this many times. They are working with physical therapy for strengthening and improved balance. In the month they have lived there, their health has improved thanks to better nutrition, more physical activity, and more socialization. The staff have been kind and helpful and if there is a question or concern, simply reaching out corrects it. The staff have gotten to know my in-laws and understand their needs and how they can help. They have adjusted quicker than we expected to the move, and feel at home in their new apartment. We are thankful to have them living so close to us and know that they are in a safe and healthy environment. We are grateful to the staff at New Perspective!

This place was terrible. My mother was a resident here for a year. The only staff who were ever in the building were the front desk ladies. Everyone else who worked here was always “somewhere in the building”. Terrible management. Never responded to calls or emails. The care staff was also never responsive and ultimately required us to hire outside help. In fact even though she no longer lives there they are still attempting to bill! Even though i tried to contact them by phone and email to tell them she was leaving. My mom actually refused to have the care staff in her apartment they were so terrible.
