We took my Mother to Morada through Embrace Hospice Tuesday, December 2nd so I could have a 5 day break. Mom suffers from dementia and we were called back to pick her up within less than 5 hours. I understand it was for Moms safety, but when I called the next day to see exactly what happened, the nice lady that helped admit her was very rude, as I was trying to ask questions about the whole terrible ordeal. She actually said she cant help that someone else told us something different than what she did. Total different attitude!!!! Everyone was nice when we were admitting her. I am sorry Mom pushed or hit an employee. I understand, because 2 people undressed her and showered her. My Mom was probably scared to death!!! While admitting her the family and friend that went told the employees, Embrace Hospice is still going to shower my Mom. I wanted to feel better about this facility and calling to get answers about our experience made it worse! Very tired and upset daughter!

I am a caregiver with Visiting Angels and over the past few years had the pleasure of caring for a few clients in different parts of the Morada facility. On August 1st my long time client was temporarily staying in the Special Care Unit before finally getting transferred home to spend his final days. The level of care he received during his stay in that wing was amazing, he had such a beautiful room, caring staff and housekeeping, absolutely delicious meals just a very amazing experience. Thank you 💕

Use to be the Meridian but now the Morada. Had family member stay for a 2 week rehabilitation. From the day 1, she was taken care of. Physical therapy was fantastic. All staff that was involved in her rehab and recuperation were there to assist in every way. Was only in the recreation area where they use as rehab. This whole area is huge. 5⭐ rating is great. A good place to go if you are needing rehab

The staff members treat me like their friend. The residents are my family. I have a say about what food is served, yes we have a chef prepared meal three times a day. Private swimming pool, recreation facilities, exercise room, and access to an on site physician that is second to none. The doctor cares more about me than I do. Finally we have a Director of Celebrations. His team is amazing and keep us going with off site trips, a daily radio show that keeps us informed, internationally famous entertainment, and a plethora of events. For example: pool parties with a live, in the pool mermaid. All of this is lead by an Executive Director that genuinely cares about me. I've just been year about a year and a half but I love.it. If you don't love it here its your fault. Come join our family.
