Lynridge of Waco Assisted Living & Memory Care

I can't say enough about the wonderful staff. They are literally the most patient and caring individuals at all times! They have made a very tough transition a little easier for our family! They truly should be paid more for what they do every day!

We love Lynridge!!! Our Mom has lived in an apartment there for about 3 months and we have been very pleased. She has always been a fiercely independent person so we were nervous about her adjusting to life away from the home she was used to. She is happy, the food is fabulous, the facility is beautiful, and every staff person we have encountered is so kind. Her adjustment went more smoothly than we could have dreamed. She chose this place herself and I think she chose very wisely! Thank you, Lynridge staff for helping Mom happily embrace her new home!

Our family was very disappointed in the care, communication, and lack of consistency with Lynridge. They were very poor at returning phone calls. Some caregivers were attentive, but others didn't seem very interested. Lots of turnover (including director), skipped/missed medications, obvious inadequate training for caregivers to properly assist residents, and not providing the level of care our mother was being charged for were our main concerns. Light cleaning of apartments left much to be desired. Please look carefully, read reviews, and ask lots of questions before placing your loved one at Lynridge. On a positive note, the food was excellent and was plated with care, which was very nice and appreciated by the residents.

Very nice. I was wondering if there were any activities for the residents. Are the doors to each room locked at night?
