Merrill Gardens at Greenville

Good afternoon to each and every one of you my name is Ken Turner this is one of the best communities that I know when I first found this community it was through a place for Mom she tells me this is one of her favorite community now I see why when I first came here I thought this was a Marriott but it's not it's on the scale of the Marriott because the Marriott is five stars and this one of the best community I've been a part of we have a sales person by the name of Jill but I cannot forget Blake the best salesperson I know the executive director is outstanding the kitchen staff is outstanding the maintenance staff the housekeepers is outstanding the front desk people is outstanding the residence is outstanding I'm so glad I choose this place because my furniture is coming here is in Atlanta they help me with furniture until I get my furniture I promise you if you are come to this community you be glad you did you'll get first class treatment there's no other community quite like this when you sit in the dining room there's a robot that brings you your food never seen it in my life it's truly the best please please call for your family to come here I told other friends that I serve with in the United States Marine corps and there are getting ready to call to because I laid out the road map for them and let them know please come it's the best thank you to the executive director and all his staff they have a great personality and the residents here are great too be blessed

We had an exceptional experience with Merrill Gardens while searching for luxury independent living in the upstate. Their new downtown Greenville location places residents within walking distance of the city's finest offerings, including dining and shopping on Main Street, baseball and entertainment at Flour Field, and outdoor activities along the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The vibrant arts scene at the Peace Center and the picturesque Unity Park and Falls Park further enhance the appeal. One of our favorite features is the charming waterfall that flows through downtown, just a few blocks from Merrill Gardens. When we're not exploring this delightful city, we relish the luxurious amenities that make living here feel akin to being on a land-based cruise ship. Jill Lindquist was outstanding; she took the time to understand our needs from our initial contact through our move into our lovely studio apartment. We appreciate her bright personality, which we still enjoy seeing around the community. We wholeheartedly recommend Merrill Gardens at Greenville!

Kaylin Wood is listed as the Merrill Gardens Greenville receptionist; however Mrs. Wood is so much more than that. When I came to the facility to move in she was so welcoming. Kaylin is the first person you meet when you enter the building and she had a big wonderful smile. She had helped me with a multitude of things such as electronics, HVAC, mail and even emotional things that occur with a transition to senior living facility such as this. She is the most helpful person in the facility. In my opinion the facility would not be successful without Kaylin Wood. I would like to commend Haylie in the dining room. She provides service with a smile. She is mature and doesn't get in the minutia that most of the servers involve themselves. She goes by the book and she is a leader. Everyone receives her best!

I have had some hardscrabble years, but except for when I lived and taught overseas, this is easily the best time of my life. I wish to thank everyone who works at Merrill Gardens. You have all been so pleasant and helpful. Administrators have unfailingly dropped whatever they were doing and intently listened to my suggestions, questions and rare complaints. The servers and cooks are so easy to deal with and uncomplainingly cater to our requests. (Honestly, I don't know how they do it day in and day out.) The facility is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The very first time I entered MG I was taken aback by the light and airiness in the lobby. That first impression was impactful and was a major factor in moving here. I had visited too many dark and dreary and lifeless residences. Can you tell I am very happy to be here? Again, a sincere thank you to every woman and man who labors here!
