It was a pleasure to tour Mercer Hill today with my parents! We were treated to a delicious lunch in the cafe while Craig shared about the "neighborhood". Everyone was so warm and welcoming and I could see my parents loving living there! It also gave me a good feeling to know that my parents would be in good hands at Mercer Hill. I also had the pleasure of meeting Hillary when I first took a tour on my own and she is wonderful too! It is clear that both her and Craig enjoy their jobs and truly care about the residents! We got to meet Beth, the activities director who was full of good energy! Thank you to all for a grest visit!

Look no further than Mercer Hill if you're searching for a cozy, friendly new place to call home. I've met so many warm residents at Mercer Hill. Whether you are an active senior wanting to participate in a cooking class and go on their weekly shopping trips or if you're the quiet type and want to simply sit and watch a movie in their theater- there's something for everyone. All the staff members are so warm and welcoming. First impressions matter when you're looking for a forever home. Craig and Hillary in the Sales Dept are warm, knowledgeable, and thorough in their presentation of Mercer Hill. I've already met so many friendly staff there. What a well thought out community. Just lovely.

Amazing community that offers personal care, memory care, and independent living. The customer service is consistently excellent, with staff who are welcoming, professional, and responsive. They truly prioritize the well-being and comfort of the residents. The nursing team is equally impressive—knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive to individual needs. It’s clear they are dedicated to maintaining a high standard of care across all levels of service. Not to mention extremely clean with endless activities and entertainment for the residents. Overall, this is a place that sets the bar for quality care and customer service in senior living. Highly recommended.

For anyone looking at this facility, please read our story. My mother moved into Mercer Hill in May of 2025. She was evaluated by their nursing staff, and she moved into assisted living. This was a very big change, and of course, there was an expected adjustment period. 3 weeks into her stay, I received a call late in the day (4 pm) from the nursing staff that insisted my mother needed to move into memory care that day. There was no previous communication from any of the staff since her move in about her progress in adjustment - this was the first we heard from them. When I tried to have a discussion about having more time to adjust, they insisted that if more time were needed, we would have to hire a 24/7 caregiver to watch her AT the facility and they needed to be in place THAT evening. When I protested this was ridiculous timing and unreasonable, they threatened (yes, threatened) to take her to the ER, which made no sense. I can only think they wanted to dump her there. After further discussion, they "relented" and let us have until the next day to find a caregiver. We promptly moved my mother out the next day - why would we pay for a 24/7 caregiver on top of the rent? If the facility cared about my mother's adjustment, they would have provided updates on progress; if they had concerns, the facility should have raised them as progress reports and not unreasonable ultimatums. No one from the facility has contacted us about our experience - not even when we gave notice. Clearly, they had no interest in hearing what happened to us, and were happy just to ignore the behavior of their staff. This cost us quite a bit, but the trust with this facility was completely gone. Please note that the management (in May) was not long term management, but personnel from the overseeing company that had just bought the facility.
