Mariella of Sage Spring

We recently toured Mariella of Sage Spring led by Parker Mayland and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, his professionalism, warmth, and deep knowledge of the community were evident. He took the time to thoughtfully walk us through every aspect of the assisted living facility, highlighting not only the amenities but, more importantly, the level of care, compassion, and attention residents receive each day. Parkers ability to connect on a personal level made the visit feel welcoming and genuine, rather than just informational. What truly stood out was Mariella of Sage Spring staff's passion for creating a vibrant, supportive environment for residents and their families. Every question was answered with clarity and honesty, and their enthusiasm for the community was contagious. This tour gave us complete confidence in the quality of care and the integrity of the organization. Parker is a tremendous asset, and his dedication shines through in every interaction. I highly recommend considering this community for yourself or a loved one.

We recently toured Sage Springs Retirement Home and had a wonderful experience. Parker gave us a tour of the property and was incredibly kind, informative, and welcoming throughout the visit. The community itself is beautiful and has such a calm, peaceful atmosphere. The grounds and common areas were very well maintained, and it was easy to imagine our loved one feeling comfortable and at home there. What stood out the most was how warm and friendly the staff were. Everyone we encountered seemed genuinely caring and attentive. After our visit, we truly felt that our loved one would enjoy living at Sage Springs and be well taken care of. It gave us a lot of peace of mind seeing the environment and meeting the people who make the community so special.

This facility set the standard for what I wanted for my mother-from the assisted living to the open, airy memory care section. Staff appeared caring, attentive and engaged with an excellent layout for their residents to access the dining and activity area even with impaired mobility. Parker made the tour experience exceptional, informative and even provided historical perspective for assisted living facilities. Truly an asset to the facility Unfortunately taking I35 from Austin will prove unmanageable and I will have to find a facility that matches this standard set at Mariella with something closer to home.
