From the 1st visit for a tour to preparation for my mother's stay the entire staff at Maplewood was absolutely amazing. The care my mother had during her stay at Maplewood was above and beyond expectations. The entire facility was outstanding. I recommend Maplewood to anyone who is looking for a facility and care for a loved one. Make the visit for yourself you will see from the start this place and staff are a 5-star senior living facility

Maplewood at Twinsburg is a beautiful community with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We were impressed by the cleanliness, the attention to detail in the design, and the compassionate team who clearly care deeply about their residents. It truly feels like a place where you can feel confident your loved ones will be well cared for.

I hope anyone needing care for their loved one finds a community like this! Our mother had been at another facility for almost a year before we moved her to Maplewood. What a difference! The residents are all so happy. The care is above and beyond! Every memory care facility should spend a day here and take notes! Our Mom is enjoying life again! My sister and I thank ALL OF YOU from the bottom of our hearts for the care and love you give her! 💗

As a healthcare provider who is lucky to care for residents in Maplewood, I have a unique perspective into the workings of this building. I really enjoy coming to the building weekly. When you first enter you are welcomed by their incredibly kind receptionist. She always welcomes you to the building with a smile, and I enjoy our discussions. The facility staff (nurses, care partners, etc.) are very well informed on what is going on with each of their residents. I have seen so many kind interactions between their staff and their residents. To top it off, the decor is very warm and inviting!!!
