My mom spent almost two weeks at Grand Manor while needing IV medication for an infection. All of the staff was very friendly and mom was treated well while there. From the beginning of her stay, the nursing manager, Shian, was especially helpful. From calling me as she was being admitted, to helping me get a procedure scheduled for mom at a local hospital, helping us get mom to the procedure with Grand Manor's transport, along with navigating mom's return back to her assisted living facility. They picked up mom's wheelchair so she could use it during her stay, which was huge for mom! I'm very grateful for all the folks at Grand Manor who helped mom recuperate so she could return home to her current facility. My only criticism would be the food. Mom didn't love it most of the time, but also hard to compare to her current facility where she really likes the food.

The staff is competent and attentive. Management responds quickly to concerns. The facility is open and write. It is clean without odor. The food is bland, but made with good ingredients. I'm pleased with my father's rehab and we will be returning home soon. I recommend this facility.

My mom was in the skilled nursing/ rehab portion of Grande Village in Twinsburg and she received exceptional care. The staff was always very attentive, professional and caring. She had a great experience in therapy and they did a fantastic job in preparing her to return home. I can't speak highly enough of all the support staff to include the nurses, medical staff, managers, administrators, aides, cleaning staff and transport service. Thank you for the superb care!
