While researching assisted living options for my mom, my initial encounter at Maplewood at Mill Hill was with Jodi Mussman. Jodi was not only informative and knowledgeable on all points of concern as a prospective future resident, she took the time to listen and answer any and all questions for several weeks after our tour. Due to her above and beyond availability, help, and kindness it made our decision very easy. I feel fortunate every day that my mom has been able to call Mill Hill home for 6 months. It is a warm and welcoming community with a stellar staff that promotes independence, socialization and the utmost in resident care. Jodi is one of my favorite staff members, always available to help with just a knock on her door. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate Mill Hill a 10!

My dad’s new home. The staff is amazing and the place is beautiful. The decision was hard, but they made the transition easy. Talking with the incredible staff, we now understand so much more about dementia and the care needed to deal with this disease. I am excited for his new life where his mind can be free again.

Maplewood at Mill Hill is a beautiful community. The building still looks as nice as the day it opened. The food is excellent and you can even watch the chefs prepare meals. There are several activities daily to choose from and they even take residents on their bus for rides to get them out of building for some fresh air. It clearly shows that the staff work well together to provide great care and provide a great living environment.

As an outside Community Provider, Mill Hill has been an outstanding partner in collaboration of care for their residents aging in place with the ability to live out their lives fully where they call home. The quality of care of the Wellness Team is exceptional as they truly love and care for their residents like family. The Executive Director goes above and beyond to make sure that all needs are met for each resident, will step in to assist his team and to comfort each family as it can be a difficult transition. Residents are highly engaged in a full range of activities and the staff are respectful of their desires and willingness to participate. I would highly recommend for aging loved ones to call Mill Hill their forever home.
