After touring Maplewood (Cuyahoga Falls) today I can only say how impressed I am. It is easy to see how they received the Reputation 900 award. So much intention went into the design and the features of each space and the colors and furnishings are lovely. I loved the courtyards and the gardening room! The technology in place to keep family members involved and informed were outstanding. The personalized VR Headset accounts were a surprise! What a great way to allow a family member to attend a family event without needing to travel! I am also impressed with the tenure of their staff. They must be doing something right to have such low turnover. Definitely the cream of the crop in Senior Living. This was worth the tour!

Shopping for a place for my mother, we checked out Maplewood at Cuyahoga Falls, and we were greatly impressed. Timing was a factor, the wait list to get in was a factor for us, and so was location, but the facility and the staff and the vibe were all super fantastic! Would recommend that you check it out if you need these kinds of services in Summit County!

I have toured this facility multiple times as a nurse case manager. I have always been impressed with the facility. But more importantly, the staff, they are friendly and helpful and always attentive to the clients needs. I have assisted families in making that difficult decision in placement of a loved one and have only received positive feedback. I will continue to refer my clients to Maplewood.

I have been working with Morgan Iorio on possible solutions for my Aunt and he has been wonderful and very caring through the process and I think anyone would feel very comfortable in chatting with him. The facility is impressive and very clean as well!
