I can't say enough good things about the care my mother Virginia received at Maplewood Cuyahoga Falls. The Director team of Krystal and Kate is extraordinary. They make all the difference. The nursing care provided by the RNs, such as Megan, Sandy and Halle was top tier. They were always professional, attentive, and caring regarding my mother's health. At the front desk, Gilbert and Danielle always greeted us with warmth and made visiting seamless and welcoming. The daily meals planned by Chef Arrington were always 5 star. A special thank you to the aides- Saleena, Pedro, and Taylor. Their patience, kindness, and hands-on dedication to Virginia's daily comfort did not go unnoticed. Additionally, Mariah, our "hero of activities". We cherish how you keep my mother engaged and spirited with thoughtful programming. Thank you all for treating Virginia like family. We couldn't have asked for a better environment for her.

Each time I have visited Maplewood at Cuyahoga Falls, I have been greeted with a warm welcome. The staff is always willing to assist me with any questions trying to learn my way around while volunteering. You will notice that everyone goes above and beyond to make sure that their residents feel safe and at home. I have had the pleasure of working with Morgan Iorio while volunteering, he has been nothing but outstanding. I cannot recommend Maplewood enough if you are looking for a home for your loved ones.

I have nothing but great things to say about Maplewood. The entire staff do a wonderful job. The care that they give each resident is amazing. I don’t regret for a minute having my wife live there. She says she loves the place and really appreciates the staff.

My mom has been at Maplewood for more than 4 years. Staff are very kind and caring, which is the most important item. The facility, including all public spaces and resident rooms, is immaculate. Nutrition Services does well. My thanks to all the staff. They are a caring group.
