Do not place your elderly here, I had to drop off an order and had to wait 30 minutes for the only elevator that is partially functioning in the building to come down. I used the employee stairs which is locked from what I understood. The second elevator has been broken for weeks from what I learned from residence. Small entry way leading to the elevator. Staff was very upset when I brought it their attention, no attendant at entry so anyone can come in or out. Fire Marshall was notified. If you google the building you can find more issues. Will never be delivering here again. The crowding was bad. I’m only writing this because I have concerns for the residences here and their safety.

Portage trail village has done an amazing job keeping my aunt safe and healthy from covid 19. Today she turned 106 years old and they made sure she felt the love by providing tons of cards , flowers and balloons. The Cuyahoga falls fire department even came with their sirens and trucks with some of their crew on an extended ladder to blow kisses and wish her happy birthday. She is a big deal to us , thank you for making her a big deal to you guys too! It was good to see her smile and enjoy her self.

I wouldn't let my cat stay there. As a matter of fact I had to take my cat back from my father n law because one of the aides hurt him. He has a permanent limp now. My father n law passed while he was there and when we went to pick up his things someone had left his apartment unlocked the TV was stolen and they tried to say we owed them almost 2 grand when my father n law was having social security pay them directly. I have nothing nice to say about this place. I just feel bad for the people that still live there.
