Maple Farm

My wife's mother spent 7-8 months at your facility last year after contracting COVID-19 over Christmas. We were not familiar with your organization, but our sister-in-law had heard of your community (in New Holland). We are SOOO glad we chose your nursing center for Mom's care! Although it was about a 25-minute drive in each direction for my wife, your skilled staff were so loving, patient, kind and caring to mother that the drive seemed worth it! I just had to say something to acknowledge and appreciate your staff for everything you/they did in caring for mom! (As it turned out, mom was able to relocate to a much closer facility near our home, making my wife's commute so much easier and safer!) But thanks again for all you and your staff did for our mother! We are happy to recommend Maple Farm to anyone! Darrell Minnich

I can't say enough of great things about this facility. They were truly a Godsend to our family. The care our love one received along with the compassion we were shown was outstanding. My family and I will be forever be grateful for our short, but critical experience with Maple Farm and their caring, compassionate and considerate staff.

My experience at Maple Farms has been nonexistent. I have tried repeatedly reaching out to the Admissions and Social Worker for a response to a request for admission for my sister after the hospital social worker got no response after repeated attempts to contact admissions. The courtesy of a reply as to whether a bed is even available has been not forthcoming. Good luck to anyone trying to get a loved one placed.

The facility was nice. Of course during covid you couldn’t get in to see your loved one so it was difficult to see them physically except through the window. My mom was put on hospice and they reassured me they would notify me when she was passing. That did not happen and my mom died alone in her room. I hope this will never happen to another family that has a loved one in this facility.
