Today, operated as a Garden Spot Community, Maple Farm is honored to offer the person-centered model of skilled nursing fashioned at Garden Spot Village, a unique model of service that has gained global recognition.

Maple Farm offers a person-centered approach to short-term rehab or long-term care. The daily rate includes three meals a day, cleaning services, linen and towel service, assistance with personal hygiene, medications and activities of daily living, utilities, cable TV, social, spiritual, educational, cultural and recreational opportunities and more.
