Assisted Living
A living option for seniors or individuals who require assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, or medication management while maintaining a level of independence. Assisted living facilities offer personalized care plans and social activities that promote quality of life for their residents.
Independent Living
Designed to help older adults who want to maintain an active and independent lifestyle, these communities offer services and amenities that cater to residents’ needs, while encouraging a sense of community and freedom from the responsibilities of owning a home.
Memory Care
Memory care communities offer specialized care and support for individuals dealing with memory-related conditions, such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. These facilities are equipped with trained staff and offer engaging activities designed to promote well-being while ensuring a safe living environment.
Life Plan/CCRCs
Also referred to as Life Plan Communities, these communities offer a comprehensive continuum of care for residents. CCRCs offer multiple levels of care, allowing seniors to transition between independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care as their needs change throughout their aging journey.
Active Adult

The care was great I guess. But high high costs. My grandparents lived there for 15 years or so. Spending well over 600k When my grandmother passed a couple years after my grand father. They gave us less then 48 hours bereavement to to travel 123 miles and clear here apartment. Or we would suffer a 300$ a day penalty. And all type of add on fees. Regardless of how great and loving the staff is. This is a profit driven company that has little soul.

I’ve worked at Garden Spot for almost 15 months and it’s been a wonderful experience. The community feel certainly extends to the staff. They have staff on site to help you reach your goals, whether that be buying a house or going back to school and everything in between. They have lots of events and opportunities to get involved and keep morale high. Flexible scheduling if needed. I love the people I work with!
