My Mother has been at Heartis Arlington on the assisted living side for a little over 3 years. I have been extremely pleased. The facility is beautiful and well kept. The staff is Amazing!! They genuinely love and care about the residents. The residents seem to love being there and love the staff. Finding a place for a loved one is extremely difficult, but I was fortunate to find Heartis Arlington over 3 years ago. My Mother is so happy there, and she tells me that all the time. That speaks volumes.

Heartis is a lovely facility, the staff friendly. The caregivers, which more often than not were short-staffed, were kind, helpful and encouraging to my mom. Why two stars? It has been a disheartening experience dealing with Heartis since my mother died. They owe us money, have made empty promises that the "check is in the mail" and now will not return our phone calls. If you are considering Heartis for a loved one I would proceed with caution.

My parents moved into Heartis-Arlington two years ago this month after living on a lake for many years. The transition was critical as I am sure it is for all new residents. All of the management and staff are beyond exceptional. They were (and are) caring, considerate and understanding. They made the transition much easier. After two years, I can say they are still dedicated to each resident. I LOVE everyone that works there. Unfortunately my mom passed away but with everyone's help, my dad has continued to do well. The staff and management really listen to the residents and family members and will do what they can to meet each individual's needs. They do lots of activities. If you are looking for a place to call home, you won't be disappointed in Heartis.

Michelle Carter did an excellent job sharing Heartis, answering any questions, understanding my concerns of care for my Mom. Heartis is a warm environment, many opportunities for activities or privacy of having solitude in your room.
