I contacted this place January of 2025 about a studio unit. At the time they told me they were $1,500. After questioning them about them for a few minutes they inform me that they go up on the price at a rate of 10% per year. I was floored. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. The $1,500 price they gave me was fine but I couldn't wrap my mind around a $150 per year increase in price. Here we are one and a half year later and the studio units are $1,776 per month. Unbelievable. I live on a fixed income, even if I could afford that price on move in there's no way I could pay the lease after 3 or 4 years. I've noticed that most of the reviews here are from people who toured the place and had a great experience with friendly people. I understand that because they were very nice to me when I spoke with them on the phone one and a half years ago. I wonder how these people will feel three+ years from now when their rent is almost $500 higher. Be aware

I checked with ChatGPT which place would be the best for my mom. It listed Asher Point as # 1. I checked it out online and then we took a tour. Mary Sides was our guide and she was the best. My mom signed the lease right away. Asher Point is a perfect for my mom. They offer 3 meals/day with fresh fruit. She has a small kitchenette for snacks, etc. I recommend everyone to check Asher Point out. You won't regret it. And ask for Mary Sides!!!

I just recently attended an open house at this location and was very impressed with my experience. The staff is amazingly inviting. From the front desk to the maintenance person was so professional and seemed to take pride in the service they provide for the residents or visitors. All the cooking staff, bar tenders, and servers are amazing as well
. Hands down, this is a place I would feel very comfortable placing any of my elderly loved ones. -
