I had an outstanding experience with Lumina Las Vegas, and a huge part of that comes down to their HR team! They were organized, kind, and on top of every detail from start to finish. Patricia Palacios deserves a special mention. She was patient, clear, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. You can tell she cares about the people she’s helping, and that level of professionalism stands out. I can not stress the positive impact of this facility has had on my family, I encourage all to check it out & all it has to offer when navigating through dementia/Alzheimer's with the people you love & for the caregivers. I’ve had my father there for his dementia and they’ve done an excellent job!! They always send updates on his progress. The places is very nice and clean and the meals are outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service they provide us.
