From am employee that left on their free will. I would not feel comfortable leaving my loved one here. I left because the staff is unprofessional, not just to each other but the residents as well. The team is unorganized and lacks communication. I have never left a review for a job before, though i feel it is only right to warn someone before having a loved one go through these things. There is NO physical abuse in this facility, I would like to be clear on that. But do your due diligence and ask how many times state has been in the building and why in the past 12 months. Proceed with caution.

I am very grateful to have this superior facility close to the church I serve! It is always a privilege to visit with Long Creek staff and residents. The amenities are outstanding, the entire site is well kept, and the employees show care, compassion, and concern with every interaction.
