5 Stars x 2: My Mother was diagnosed with Senile Dementia in 2024. I moved her into the Liberty Station Health Campus Memory Unit (Legacy Lane) on January 1, 2025 after a horrible experience at another Senior Care Center located in Hamilton, Ohio. We were welcomed with open arms. The care, love and compassion given to my Mother was exemplary; "the gold standard." Specifically, the Staff in Legacy Lane, made us feel like family; a part of something special. I highly recommend Liberty Station Health Campus for Assisted Senior Care. Especially, if your loved one(s) have been diagnosed with the debilitating effects of Dementia. In my opinion, one cannot put a price on Senior Care. So, costs (for me) were secondary. I'm indebted to the entire Staff at Liberty Station Health Campus. Especially, the caregivers in Legacy Lane. They have a special place in my heart and I will never forget them, ever. My Mother passed away on January 8, 2026 in the care of Legacy Lane. I've received numerous phone calls from staff expressing their condolences. I still cannot find the words to express my gratitude to Liberty Station. Except: THANK YOU for making the last year of my Mother's life, extraordinary.

The staff is very caring. The facility is amazingly clean with great food choices. My father loved all of his meals here. They also have different themes to keep things fun. Thank you for taking great care of my dad.

The staff is so accommodating in ensuring my mom is very well cared for. The staff expedited the insurance requirements upon my mom's release from the hospital to have her accepted into the Rehab center. Thank you so much Liberty Station for your kindness and patience!
