The staff is very caring. The facility is amazingly clean with great food choices. My father loved all of his meals here. They also have different themes to keep things fun. Thank you for taking great care of my dad.

The staff at Liberty Station is fabulous! They have taken the time to really know our mom. We couldn’t be happier with her care. Tonight was Family Night and they went above and beyond to provide a fun, energetic evening. The residents and families were dancing with the music. Thank you Farrah and ALL of your staff!

Very attentive nursing staff. They treat their residents like family. They hosted a family night tonight and it was such a joyful, fun evening for both residents and family. There was lots of dancing and laughter.

Words cannot express how disappointed I was at this facility!! It is such a beautiful facility, however, the management and staff that work there will destroy this facility!! Extremely understaffed! The acuity that this facility has, there should definitely be more staff members who work each unit. Some units have aides who have not been state certified, which is exceedingly dangerous for your loved ones! Residents fall all the time here and they’re just picked up and put back into their beds. This is not normal or protocol for falls in facilities. The scheduler, hr, ADON, DON & the administrator will cover themselves but will coldly throw nurses and aides to the wolves without batting an eye! ALL THINGS THAT GLITTER IS NOT GOLD!! Do normal unannounced visits to see your loved ones and walk the halls.. you will see for yourself!!
