Hello my time here for rehab at Liberty has went smoothly and there are so many people I’m grateful for all the help I’ve have received. Occupational and physical therapy has helped me get stronger and walking again, I’m not where I need to be but I will get there with there help. I’m also a dialysis patient and Liberty is the only facility like this, in this area to have their own dialysis unit with well trained nurses. The regular nurses and aids are wonderful and they do their best to answer calls as soon as they can, because they have a lot of people to care for with many different needs. There are also cleaning and food services people who don’t get enough credit. Thank you all

Not staffed to take the care my mother needed. Food let on table unopened ( where she could reach) she needed assistance eating opening things, was told several times in the short week she was there. So mother didn’t eat if you’re lucky bite to bites of food( which was usually when we were there. This place deserves a zero ⭐️ The aids were helpful but too short staffed for them to be efficient in their jobs and special needs per each individual patient. If your loved one isn’t able to do for them selves , I wouldn’t use this facility.

Good clean facility, the aides are very involved with the residents, the nurses and DON are some of the most attentive I've seen. The dietary department is really doing well with the meals they send out, the whole building pays attention to patient care.

If you are looking for a long-term or assisted living facility this is not the place for your loved one. The nursing staff is rude, inexperienced, shows no rework with the other departments in the building, they do not answer the phones for doctors, pharmacies or for family members. They are always too busy and when they did talk to me it was a rude remark by a nurse or an aide either on the phone or face to face. The food was terrible and was always cold. I feel sorry for the staff members that have good work ethic than their co workers that have given this bad care to the residents that are neglected and disrespected. I got my sister moved to another facility and she is doing well . Hope you will do the same
