Springview Manor

My wife Joyce was at Springview for two months. She has nothing but the highest praise for the staff. This is her review I didn’t want to go to a nursing home but I’m so glad I went to Springview. I had the best care ever. My light was answered quickly and the aids were always pleasant. The aids would stop in just to see if I needed anything or just to say hello. I never heard one bad or unkind word from anyone. They treated me like family. The nurses were also wonderful and always had time to answer questions or visit for a few minutes The food was excellent and the dining room very pleasant. The girls in therapy wonderful. I’m so thankful for their friendship and hard work. Thank you all for a wonderful experience. Joyce Hebble this I from Jim he said it to a half hour to get me out of the manor when I was discharged. Everyone stopped to say bye and give me hugs. 😍 which showed how caring they all are. You are a family not just a resident

You arrive to your room and you are greeted as if you were family. And that continues until you walk out the door. Therapy dept is second to none. Every treatment program is designed around what that resident needs and desires, not just an "open the book and go step by step". You are encouraged, you are pushed and motivated all to help you achieve your goal to go home. And they listen. That type of therapy is just as important as steps. Nursing staff, top notch. Will go above and behind to insure proper and complete care no matter how busy they are. They make sure every resident are well taken care of. And don't mind a few minutes to answer you or your families questions. Aides run their tails off to make sure everyone knows someone is there to help with practically everything from turning up the heat, helping with pajamas and making sure you have fresh ice water no matter what time the clock says. And no one goes hungry with 3 hot meals a day. Not just like "nursing home slop", legit, nutritional, thought out meals as well as late night snacks. If you are in need or someone you love is in need of somewhere to help get that giddy up back after a hospital stay, ask for Springview Manor.

My grandmother has been suffering with dementia for 10 + years. After my grandfather pasted late 2024 the family watched my grandmother spiral, fast. We had no choice but to put her in a nursing home. Unfortunately, we did not choose SpringView Manor at first, and that was a mistake. The first nursing home overmedicated her, and after only a month and a half of being there she was hospitalized for 4 days. That is when the family decided to put her in SpringView. Since my grandmother has been at SpringView everything has been a 100% turn around. The staff is always present, they know each patient by name, are very personable, and very attentive. They make sure on my grandmothers good days she is in the activity room. My grandmother is smiling and talking again. We as a family feel more than blessed and grateful we chose SpringView Manor for my grandmother.

The staff at springview is wonderful ,kind ,on time ,the staff stops by and ask if they can help with anything.They come always knock on the door even when call light is off.Food is great many foods to choose from.I was there for a month received excellent service. Pt. Ot speech were great .I have been many nursing homes as a visitor and a Rn. Excellent grade !!!!!
