I would like to give Springview Manor my deepest thank you for putting on a trip to Toledo casino for my husband's birthday. In his past he always enjoyed visiting casinos. When we entered the casino the expression, smile and tears on his face was priceless!! Afterwards, we were treated to Curleys favorite meal at Spaghetti Warehouse! A special thank you to Mary for organizing the trip and our matching "Casino Crew" tshirts. This was another special memory with my husband that will always stay in my heart. ❤

I recently had the opportunity to tour Springview Manor and was very impressed with the facility, the staff, and the care they provide. It was evident that the team is passionate about making patients and families feel welcomed and supported, especially during respite stays. Samantha and the entire team have developed a thoughtful process that helps make the transition into respite care as smooth as possible. The facility was clean, well maintained, and the staff demonstrated genuine compassion and professionalism. Based on my experience, I would confidently recommend Springview Manor to families looking for quality respite care and supportive services.

My father recently had a short term stay here and they were amazing. He was very happy with the care all the staff gave him. He said the food was great as well! He is having a surgery soon and plans to come back here for his rehab and after care. Highly recommend!

The aesthetics of the place is nice. The problem is they have people on staff there that tend to bully better caretakers and the facility knows this and does nothing about it. They consistently lose experienced, caring, and very capable individuals because I guess they need employees so bad that they allow the bad apples to stay. I wouldn't let my relative stay here at all because they cannot or will not control their employees. This is a BIG no for me.
