My father has been a resident at Las Ventanas Summerlin for almost 5 years. He has been a resident in all life stages at this facility. This includes Residential Living, Assisted Living and Memory Services. He has also used Skilled Nursing services, which is on the same campus, on several occasions. We feel that we are very fortunate that he is in this facility. The recreation coordinators keep him stimulated, management is responsive, med techs are incredibly knowledgable and trustworthy, and the aides do a great job taking care of him. I live 2500 miles away from him in New York and I trust Las Ventanas to take proper care of my father.

They forgot my mom at dialysis for over 3 hours. I had to drive across town. When I said this is unacceptable. The response i received was "this never happened before " it should never happen! Next day follow up. They have taken the matter seriously and are doing a review. Final follow up. Although it was a misfortune event. They really took the matter seriously, and have made changes so it will never happen again.

I brought my brother to Las Vegas from upstate NY a few years ago from a facility where i worried about his care all the time. Since he's been at Las Ventanas I don't worry at all! I know that if something arises his nurses {Scott or Neela} will be on top of it asap! I'm also happy with the activities and Veronicas' hard work to get everyone involved in a giant variety of activities!! So happy with Las Ventanas!!

My uncle spent over a month at Las Ventanas. The care has been exceptional. The nurses, CNAs, therapists, and kitchen were all amazing. They give outstanding care with kindness. My uncle who is now home misses everyone. Thank you for everything Las Ventanas!
