I would not send any loved one to this facility. The staff acts as if they are too busy holding conversation about their life at the nurse station or on their phones to care. After 3 days in Summerlin hospital my mother was transferred here, which we were told are a 5 star facility. She was stable when she arrived to continue treatment. Upon arrival they requested the list of her meds which I provided the next morning. Only for this information to sit for 3 days and the nurse never updated her chart, so her meds were never ordered. After Day 3 I walk into my mom rom to a pan that was sat in front of her to throw up in. She started to become foggy, dehydrated, and in pain. The staff had no sense of urgency or care about her health declining while in their care. I had to contact the Assistant Director and Head of nursing to begin to get someone to actually investigate the lack of care from the staff, which I still have no explanation for the nurse not updating her chart. Day 5 when the Dr. actually has time to now see my mom she now has to be rushed to emergency due to her state and admitted for further care. This place is not proactive in the care given to patients only reactive when a family begins to question the decline in their loved ones condition. They are negligent in noticing any changes and providing family any changes. I would avoid this place like the plague, do not send your loved on here. Even when your present each day the care is still substandard provided.

I am extremely pleased with my rehab experience at La Ventana Rehab Center. The entire medical staff was so supportive, encouraging and kind throughout my 3 week rehabilitation. Everything about this facility was 5 star from medical staffing, food service, housekeeping and especially physical therapy. The facility was super clean and nursing was constantly checking in on me to supply my needs very promptly. There are far too many staff members to name but after a short while most made me feel sad to say goodbye. Thank you everyone. Dale

My mother in law was recently discharged with no home healthcare. One week later and we have been doing everything. Their physical therapists were great. Their case manager is awful. Did barely anything. Administration barely took our calls. Case manager and so called social worker a joke. What's sad is that Las Ventanas is the pinnacle of Las Vegas Skilled Nursing/Physical Therapy
