After reviewing many facilities in San Antonio, Landon Ridge was the leader in all aspects. Ms. Lauren DeLaRosa provided outstanding customer service. Her knowledge of the facility and the guided tours ensured all questions were answered. She listened and was empathetic. She maintained contact with us as we were closing down our mom's home. She was professional and friendly throughout each interaction. You could sense how much she cared about our mom and us as we prepared for moving our mom into assisted living. We're grateful for Ms. Lauren and the warm welcome she gave to our family. All the staff that look after mom are caring and professional. Shout out to Mr Eric, who assisted in getting mom's cable set-up and removing doors. The concierge's Ms Lou Ella and Ms Aida are friendly and attentive. Mr Thad has created an outstanding dining experience. The wait staff are attentive and friendly. Ms Flor does an outstanding job in keeping the residents active and engaged. Mom loves her new home that has allowed her to keep her independence but comfort in knowing she's looked after.

Landon Ridge is a beautiful place with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The grounds and facilities are always well-maintained and lovely to look at. The staff is kind and attentive, ensuring that the residents are comfortable and well cared for. A special thanks to Lauren, their Sales & Marketing Director, for her friendly and supportive nature while helping families move in.

Landon Ridge Alamo Ranch is one of the nicest communities I visit. The community staff is friendly, professional and the building is always clean. The team is caring and they genuinely care for the residents. Lauren is on top of things and works hard for the residents!
