Lake View Terrace Assisted Living in Lakeview, Michigan has been a true blessing for our family. My mother has lived there for some time now, and I can honestly say the care and compassion she receives is second to none. The staff is absolutely wonderful — attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in the well-being of every resident. They treat my mother with dignity and warmth, and it’s clear they take pride in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Whether it’s helping with daily routines, organizing engaging activities, or simply sharing a friendly smile, they go above and beyond every day. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to feel like home. Communication with families is excellent, and I always feel informed and reassured. I have been to Lakeview Terrace several times and have always enjoyed my visits. It's a beautiful community. The staff are amaing and always go above and beyond. I always feel welcome!

The clinical and kitchen staff were amazing, however the office staff wanted nothing to do with our family when my dad was dying and when he passed they ignored my mom and did not act like they cared after his passing. Is it all about money and getting someone in to take the room?

I went to the 10 year Anniversary Carnival today. The staff were amazing. The residents were all excited about how much fun they and their families had. Such an amazing atmosphere there.
