We moved my mother into Hathaway Hills about 1 1/2 years ago from another facility in order to have her closer to home as I am the only sibling in the area. I have been extremely happy with the move! She is in the memory care unit. Facility is always super clean. Staff is wonderful. The kitchen serves delicious looking meals. Meals are brought over from the kitchen and served fresh on real dinnerware in their own kitchen/ dining room. Communication is great, which was not always the case in the previous home. As mom's legal guardian, I am kept informed on a regular basis of any changes or issues. Admins are very involved in the many activities that are scheduled regularly. Photos are posted on a regular basis, allowing my siblings out of state to follow. As mom's dementia has progressed, she needs more individual care. We also went with the Hospice care recommended by Hathaway and they are wonderful with mom as well. Overall I have been very pleased and would highly recommend Hathaway Hills.

Hathaway does a very good job in a difficult role. The staff is friendly, attentive, competent and available. The food, surroundings and amenities are well presented and contemporary. The facility is clean and odor free. All our needs were met. Our resident was treated with respect and a genuine sense of caring. Hard to ask for more.

Hathaway Hills Greenville is a Wonderful Assisted Living- Memory Care facility. My mother currently is a resident there and I couldn't be more happy with the staff, security and most of all the personal care and attention she receives 24/7. Thanks again Hathaway Hills !
