Overview
At LakeHouse Sheboygan, our Assisted Living community in Sheboygan, WI, our residents receive compassionate care and help with their daily routine. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care.
Residents in our pet-friendly assisted living community can keep up with hobbies or discover new ones; we offer a variety of activities, such as arts and crafts, church services, Qigong, book club, bingo, men's group, happy hour, and themed dinners. Transportation is available for medical appointments as well as group outings such as shopping, theaters, picnics in town, and ice cream outings.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The care takers who work directly with the residents are wonderful people. The employee there who work more of the corporate end, they don't care about the residents, and only care about filling the empty rooms. They'll suck you in with lies. Do not believe when they say a RN is available on site 24/7. I will be moving my parent out because of this and the cost is NOT affordable. But the care takers, they are wonderful. Simply wonderful.

Since early fall, our family has been exploring assisted living communities in the Sheboygan area. After considerable review and discussion, we agreed that Lakehouse would be an excellent option for our 97-year-old father. We have been working with Kim and have found her to be amazing! On our first tour, we found a welcoming, supportive, and thriving community. The staff were friendly and warm, and the residents we encountered appeared happy and content. There is a vibrancy the moment you enter the facility. The apartments are just that, full-size apartments. They are roomy and comfortable with a full kitchen. It has been a slow process working with our father to encourage him to embrace a move from his current home, but Kim and the staff have been extremely patient, very supportive, and helpful. We greatly appreciate the help and guidance that Kim and the staff at the Lakehouse have shared.

Worked with Kim and had a wonderful interaction. She was very knowledgeable and personable. The facility has a lot to offer to their residents and something for everyone. If looking or need some knowledge/resources it is a great place to be!

Kim was fantastic!! The information that we received about LakeHouse Sheboygan was clear and complete. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and was very patient and friendly. The tour Kim gave us of the facility in general as well as two apartments was excellent. This visit was time well spent!
