Moving a loved one into memory care is not an easy decision, but the team has made this transition so much more peaceful for all of us. The staff treats our family member with dignity, patience, and genuine kindness. They take the time to understand his needs, offer reassurance, and provide consistent support as he navigates memory challenges. We’ve seen firsthand how attentive and thoughtful they are not just with him, but with our entire family. It gives us comfort knowing he is in a safe, caring environment where he is respected and well looked after. We truly appreciate everything they are doing and highly recommend Dimensions Living to anyone facing a similar journey.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely wonderful experience from the moment I arrived. I was visiting a friend who recently moved into this facility, and I can honestly say they couldn’t be happier with their new home. Walking in, I was greeted by the sound of soft music and the smell of delicious food—such a comforting, welcoming atmosphere. Before I even made it inside, a lady in a leopard‑print skirt in the parking lot greeted me with the sweetest smile and made me feel welcome right away. That first impression set the tone for the entire visit. Inside, the caregiver with the long dark hair was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure I knew where I was going and treated my friend with such compassion and respect. You can tell she truly loves what she does. Overall, this place radiates warmth, care, and community. I left feeling grateful knowing my friend is surrounded by people who treat them like family. Highly recommend.

I would give this establishment less than 1 star if I could.. It all looks okay from the outside for your loved one to be there..Until they are. My mom had been there for a little over 4 months. On 1/11 she had a nasty altercation according to the nurse with another resident that was unreported per protocol. On Wednesday that same week, she was transported to Aurora hospital with six broken ribs. My mother didn’t need a walker or any other apparatus. She was seen by a doctor who deemed her physically healthy. This establishment would give me no details per their attorney. Not buying that she had an unwitnessed fall in the least. Please think twice before you send your loved one.

After sustaining serious injuries while under the care of Dimensions, our loved one passed away just days later. To date they have provided no meaningful explanation nor accountability for how something so horrific could have happened under their care. Our family is devastated knowing that our loved ones final days were spent in fear, pain, and suffering—when she should have been protected and cared for with dignity. Families deserve transparency, accountability, and above all, safety for those who cannot advocate for themselves. Based on our experience, this facility failed in that most basic duty. Please think carefully before placing a loved one here, especially someone unable to advocate for themselves.
