My husband and I moved to Lake Port Square 2 years ago. We decided on LPS because of the beautiful grounds, apartments and the residents and staff. The residents and staff made us feel so welcomed from day one. Our town centre is under construction and will be beautiful again with lots of new amenities once finished. Unfortunately my husband passed away recently and I couldn't believe all the support and love I received from residents and staff. I am so thankful we moved here when we did because we were able to establish relationships and friendships. We never know what tomorrow will bring so I recommend if you are thinking of moving here don't wait.

We live in the west Independent living apartment building. The staff and residents are friendly and helpful. We’re very happy with our choice of independent living facilities. You can’t beat the beautiful grounds and walking paths around our lake. We love how the grounds have been decorated for Christmas. We’re happy to answer any questions .

I can’t say enough good things about Lake Port Square. From the moment we walked in, the environment felt warm, clean, and truly welcoming. The staff treats residents with care, patience, and genuine respect, which gave our family tremendous peace of mind. One person who really stood out is Kellie Marcado. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, engaged, and well cared for. Kellie’s professionalism, compassion, and positive energy made a lasting impact. She took the time to explain things thoroughly, always followed through, and treated residents like family. We are grateful to everyone at Lake Port Square for creating a place that truly feels like home. Highly recommend this facility to any family looking for quality senior care.

I can’t say enough great things about this senior home community! From the moment you step onto the beautiful campus, you feel welcomed and at ease. The vibe throughout is warm, uplifting, and full of life. The dining experience is truly impressive—meals are delicious, well-balanced, and served in a comfortable, friendly setting. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure every resident feels cared for and valued. A special shoutout to Kelli Mercado, whose compassion, professionalism, and positivity truly set the tone for the entire community. Kelli goes above and beyond every single day, and her presence makes a noticeable difference. We are so grateful for her!
