John Olivas, Director of Sales, brings unmatched warmth and dedication—he truly makes families feel supported from the very first interaction. The entire team goes above and beyond every day, creating a welcoming, safe, and vibrant environment for residents. I’m consistently impressed by the care, communication, and genuine heart this community shows. Highly recommend La Mirada Heights.

I had such a wonderful experience connecting with Tim Graves, Executive Director at La Mirada Heights. From our very first phone call, Tim went above and beyond to make me feel genuinely welcomed. He took the time to thoroughly walk me through the community, provide detailed pricing, and answer all of my questions with patience and care. What truly stood out was his kindness and willingness to help—he didn’t rush the conversation and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. It’s clear that Tim is passionate about what he does and truly cares about the families he serves. La Mirada Heights is fortunate to have such a dedicated and compassionate leader. I truly appreciate the time and attention he gave me and look forward to working together!

This place sells itself!!! The staff is amazing, attentive and truly caring. I've visited other communities that didn't have this type of vibe. They are clearly trying to do more for their residents, other than filling a hole in the wall. What more do you want? The place is clean, smells clean, no funny business from what I can tell and the cost is lower than surrounding communities. More importantly they truly love on their residents. Your mileage may vary but this has been my experience with La Mirada Heights

The community is very clean and the staff is very welcoming! John did a great job on our tour! The food was delicious as well! Overall a great experience
