My father has lived at this facility for about 13 months now and has been very happy. He always enjoys the holiday events. Recently the 6th graders from a nearby school came to visit with the residents and left flowers and Valentine cards. Several days later he is still talking about how great it made him feel. From the moment I stepped into the bright, beautiful, lobby and was greeted by the receptionist, I knew that this place was head and shoulders above the other assisted living facilities that I had visited. The dining room is lovely and the food excellent. The two rooms/apartments that I toured were spacious and in pristine condition. Jaime Reynosa, the Marketing Director, made the process of touring and learning about care plans, the facilities and staff at Ivy Park Otay Lakes a great experience. Choosing and Placing an elderly parent in Assisted Living is a difficult and often overwhelming task but Jaime’s knowledge, genuine concern for my dad was amazing and made the process easy on all of us. He was always available to take my questions after the initial tour and truly went above and beyond the call of duty in making this process and experience easy and comfortable for my whole family.

I moved my wife into the memory care unit several years ago and although the first several months were difficult for both of us to adjust to, we found the staff and care partners extremely helpful in making the adjustment. Everyone has also been very caring and helpful as my wife's condition has evolved. I have nothing but great things to say about Ivy Park, from the Marketing Director, Tammy, to the Med Techs and care partners who are involved in my wife's care.
