This has been a great place for my Mom to live. She enjoys many of the activities and the friendly people. All of her needs are met and she is surrounded by people who care about her. Whenever I visit the staff is kind and welcoming. My Mom’s apartment is always clean and tidy - thanks to Patricia who comes every Monday to her apartment. Ivy Park is nicely appointed with clean, attractive and inviting furnishings. There are always fresh flowers at the entrance which is lovely. The garden is also a favorite spot to sit and enjoy. I am glad we chose Ivy Park for my Mom. She does not have memory issues at this time but if that becomes an issue, Ivy Park has the capability of taking care of people with dementia.

My mother has been at Ivy Park Mission Viejo for over 2 years. Everyone from the moment you walk into this facility, greets you with a smile and a helpful attitude. It resonates with all of the activities and outings that are available to engage the residents and make them feel loved and make them feel like home and not just a place to reside. I like this place so much, I also volunteer to call Bingo weekly, and I see first hand the difference in all of the residents attitudes when they see people care about their well being and I have lots of fun and get to know people. Love is not Love until you give it away…..✅❤️

Beware of this facility. I'm fortunate to be getting my parents out of this place. Don't be fooled by the landscape, brand new furniture, all the catered parties with a band and the fake smiles. They're completely disorganized, make medication errors, have been reported to the state licensing dept so due your due diligence and look deeper. Once they got reported to the state they retaliated against me and my mom who's a resident. But there retaliation is sneaky and mean, but it's real. They don't follow the law, they break all kinds of rules and they think because it's old people no one will notice. Well I go every day and they don't like that and I noticed. They also didn't like it that my mom went back to her own medical group - Scripps instead of their silly medical group Pine Park which doesn't have a physical office, doesn't return phone calls and is a joke. So if you want your loved to go to a facility where they slip you an anti-psychotic medication that they're not even on (Seroquel) and hope that your loved one just obligingly gulps it down so they'll 'cooperate' then by all means send them to this Crazy Town. Be careful people, be cautious and don't give them your good money. Your loved deserve better than this facility.

My mom has been at Ivy Park for three years. The staff there cares so much about her and her wellbeing. They have moved mountains to make sure she gets the help she needs while still feeling safe and independent. Thank you to Foudhil, Rey and Maureen for being so amazing.
