We had the pleasure of visiting a dear friend who just recently relocated to the Watermark in Laguna Niguel. Finding a place to park was easy and we were greeted by friendly and accommodating staff. They require check in and checkout to maintain the safety of their residents. The dining area was cozy and clean. The rooms were quiet and filled with personal belongings making it feel more like home. I am comforted that my friend is in a loving and caring community. I am looking forward to visiting again soon.

I recently heard about Watermark from a colleague who toured the community and spoke highly of it, calling it top-tier for senior living. I decided to stop by myself since I have someone in mind who could benefit from this type of environment—and I was genuinely impressed. The atmosphere is bright, modern, and welcoming, with a beautiful coastal vibe that immediately puts you at ease. What really stood out to me was that the pricing was exactly what I expected—or even better in some cases—and the level of care they provide is spot on for what my friend needs right now. She's looking for short-term support while recovering, and not many communities offer that kind of flexibility. I’ll definitely be recommending Watermark—especially since it's conveniently close to where I live. It’s a gem.

It was my first visit, and I was warmly welcomed by several staff members who were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate during our conversations. The food was outstanding—I later learned it was prepared by the community’s own chef, which made it even more impressive for a foodie like me. Watermark Laguna Niguel is a wonderful option if you’re looking for your next place to call home. The amenities they offer are top notch and the staff are very caring. Lauren and Kelly lead the team at Watermark with compassion, dedication, and a wealth of knowledge in the industry. These ladies are truly experts in senior living and they want the best for their residents and families. This community offers delicious meals, a wide variety of stimulating activities, and a fun, upbeat atmosphere. The aesthetics are beautiful and the community offers calm vibes with the perfect decor. It is always a pleasure to partner with Watermark Laguna Niguel! I highly recommend giving this community a call to set up a tour! You will be highly satisfied and will feel right at home.
