This facility provides exceptional care, kindness, and professionalism. It can feel scary to trust other people with your loved ones however, The experience at Ivy Park Laguna Creek has been a beautiful blessing. Caring staff, cleanliness, fun activities and the many small ways they foster community all throughout the day for the residents has made it a place for my loved one is blooming at and we are incredibly grateful. Thank you. Shout out to the superb nursing team, staff, and everyone there who shows up and makes it feel like a place you can call home.

I’d like to say that I’m very pleased with my grandmother’s new “home” at Ivy Park! From Heather Zoller, Sales and Marketing Director, Brittnay, Memory Care Director, and all the staff at Ivy Park Thank You for making the transition for my grandmother a wonderful one. She seems to be doing so much better in her new environment with all the activities and other residents keeping her busy. And the grounds are beautiful! We had fun shopping and preparing her room for her move in day. The welcome event for my grandmother was amazing!! They had this beautiful cart with some of her favorite foods, a welcome basket, a robe and a lot of the staff there to greet her on her first day!! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Any questions and/or concerns were answered promptly. I live in Southern California and could text Heather anytime if needed. I would highly recommend Ivy Park for your loved ones!! Thank you again for taking care of my grandmother.♥️

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and support my mom has received since moving into the memory care unit. Despite initial concerns raised by a few negative reviews, my family and I took a leap of faith and decided this was the right place for her. The spacious community, especially the vibrant cottages dedicated to memory residents, has truly made a positive impact on her well-being. The new management has brought a breath of fresh air, and the staff's dedication and thoroughness have exceeded our expectations. Communication has been outstanding, providing us with peace of mind during this transition. My mom's care has been nothing short of phenomenal, and the engaging activities tailored to her needs have brought joy and stimulation to her daily life. What sets this community apart is the sense of home it provides. The warm and welcoming environment, coupled with the compassionate and attentive team led by Michelle the Executive Director has made all the difference. From the friendly staff to the activities coordinators, everyone has played a crucial role in ensuring my mom's comfort and happiness. I felt compelled to share this review to reassure others who may have been deterred by negative feedback. I urge anyone considering this community to take a tour and experience the warmth and care firsthand. My family is truly grateful for the Memory Care team's dedication and compassion, and we hope to continue this relationship for years to come.
