Jennifer, Kristin, Jeannie, Grace Frye, and the entire team at Ivy Park La Palma are truly wonderful and caring people. My mom has lived at Ivy Park for several years, and she is both happy and exceptionally well cared for. They treat her like royalty, surrounding her with genuine, heartfelt love and attention. The incredible staff has become a seamless extension of our family, making her feel completely at home. Because my mom is in memory care, she requires a high level of assistance. The team’s love for her is unmistakable—it shines on her face every time I visit. I stop by regularly and am always impressed by the world-class staff, meals, and entertainment. Ivy la Palma provide a safe enriching and encouraging environment for our mom. The staff is amazing. They are genuinely caring for our mom and for the rest of the family as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Pat has received wonderful care from all of the staff. As her husband, caregiver and advocate, I have not been shy about making numerous requests of the staff relating to Pat‘s care, and not a single request has been turned down. The staff is very loving and caring. We are very satisfied with the service given to Pat.

My mom moved to Ivy Park of La Palma at the beginning of the year and what a gem of a community! Ivy Park feels like a home and looks like a mansion. Everyone works together and they really care about the residents. The first person I met was Alana, marketing director, and she was warm and caring from the get-go and still greets me to chit chat whenever I visit. Grace, the assisted living director is on top of everything and is always available. Thanks to Kristen my mom is busy throughout the day with captivating activities like jewelry making, seasonal crafts, and weekly journeys. Carl is also always available and his staff takes care of all my mom's medical needs. So impressive and well coordinated! The front desk is always kind and welcoming but so are all the staff. Jennifer the executive director does such a great job at the helm; I even bump into her on the weekends all smiles and bubbly! This community is just a well-oiled ship. Its well organized; everyone is happy and pleasant; and the family activities are top-notch and I must add the meals are delicious and the dining staff are very kind and dedicated. I am so happy my mom is living at Ivy Park of La Palma where she feels safe and cared for by everyone.
