Ivy Park Hayward is a lovely community with a beautiful, upscale atmosphere that feels welcoming and inviting from the moment you walk in. I've had the pleasure of participating in several events and I'm continually impressed by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care of the staff, particularly KayDee, Henryetta, & Jessa/Jessica/Janina. I’ve had the pleasure of attending several events at Ivy Park at Hayward, and each experience has been exceptional. From the thoughtfully curated food selections to the enjoyable live music, every detail reflects a high standard of quality and care. What truly stands out is the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the entire team. The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, and the Marketing Director, Henryetta Beshears in particular has been wonderful about staying in touch and keeping me informed about upcoming events. I genuinely appreciate the relationships being built here, and I always feel welcomed when I visit. This community exemplifies luxury living, and I would confidently recommend it to any of my clients seeking a high-quality environment with excellent service and engagement.

My wife and I have lived at Ivy Part at Hayward for about two and a half years now after selling our house. My wife is experiencing dementia so this was a smart move to get her assistance. We live together in a nice apartment and are afforded excellent care given by the friendly staff. We enjoy the many activities Ivy affords as well as the tasty meal selections in the dining room. Our apartment is kept clean and our clothes and sheets are washed weekly. We feel as if we are taking a cruise. I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff here. Moving to Ivy Park has been one of the best decisions we have ever made.

Ivy park in hayward is a very nice place for memory care they take great care of my dad who will be 90 in May. Janina head med tech is very good with my father .Joseph head director Robbie, henreitta also directors are realy helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. Ricky an staff at the front desk are very kind an helpful. Sorry, i'm bad on knowing everyone's name, jasmine,christina an so many others are very careing with my dad The only downfall would be the insurance system. Memory care facilities are not covered, so it is private pay. It is a very nice place i can bring our little dog to visit him. Other residents have their dogs here with them.
