When I first come here I was welcomed by every one, but one woman was the nicest to me and always does she always welcomes me with a wide smile and always looks beautiful. She really makes my day sometimes she’s still as sweet as she was a year ago and made me like this place so much more. Her name is Alina Veselova. It’s was and still wonderful experience to live in the Mercer Island House and it still is. I still very happy here. Ethel April.

I love how everyone fits here at Island House! Dining experience has been good especially with having our Server Alina apart of it with her smile and generosity. Ayzhiel at the front desk and she is a full serviced carried young woman who is very helpful and caring. She always has a pleasant smile and can help in any situation. Island is an amazing place and I have never thought I would be as comfortable and happy as i am today. The social life is the best!!!

We are in the difficult process of moving our sister into Island House. We are so impressed by how welcoming and supportive the entire staff has been during this hard transition. They have all exceeded expectations. Juliet Chandler in particular deserves 6 stars. She is a pro at her job: very knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and always solutions-oriented. She has given us friendly, professional guidance. I am grateful for her kind support.

My mom and dad made a life changing decision to move from their personal residence in LA, CA. or Island House Mercer Island. Their decision came down to being closer to family and being in a community they could relate to and provide them the necessary care and support. Island House is their new home and I am so thankful we met Juliet when we were making this decision . She was professional and patient with all of our questions. My parents settled in a bright spacious one bed room apartment. It has been only a couple of days and they are making friends, and all the staff are so friendly. I have to admit. All this has turned out better than I would have ever hoped. Especially for my Dad which was resisting this move for some time. Now, it has only been a few days, but they (and him) are happy and engaging with other residents. And my Dad can't wait for bingo time to see how he does against other residents. I want to thank all the staff and residents for making my parents feel welcome in this next part of their life.
