When I first come here I was welcomed by every one, but one woman was the nicest to me and always does she always welcomes me with a wide smile and always looks beautiful. She really makes my day sometimes she’s still as sweet as she was a year ago and made me like this place so much more. Her name is Alina Veselova. It’s was and still wonderful experience to live in the Mercer Island House and it still is. I still very happy here. Ethel April.

I enjoy Island House very much. I know and speak to the residents. I enjoy the atmosphere and the location here is wonderful. There are stores nearby and a park nearby that are walkable. The staff here has made my experience here feel homey. Ayzhiel works at the front desk and she is very kind and helpful. She always puts on a movie for me whenever I ask and I love having conversations with her. The directors here are very responsive and helpful as well. Everyone is pleasant here. The kitchen staff serves very good food. Island house is wonderful overall. Done and Done!!! 🤗😇🥳.

My mom and I loved our tour of Island House! Juliet was so incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions and giving a tour of the property. Along the way, she introduced us to staff and a few current residents. She described the community as a big family, and that is what it felt like from our tour!

Three words when I think about Island house: transparent, patience, and Juliet. First off, the facility and the staff are so transparent in all of the amenities that are offered and NOT offered at the facility. The paperwork and move-in details were effortless. The information session was so helpful and this was the icing on the cake that made us choose this place amongst other reasons. Secondly, we came in with so many concerns and questions and we were reassured at the end of our session that this was the place for mom. The staff members were friendly, and they were kind to mom right off the bat. There were no pushiness or over-the-top marketing like other places do, and trust me, we've had a couple of facilities like that. Mom just needed a simple, yet, inclusive place to stay. And last, but the very best reason this place thrives--is Juliet. She was approachable from the get-go. Within 5 minutes of calling the facility and leaving a message, she called me back and we had an appointment set up immediately. When we met her, she was just like the way she sounded on the phone; passionate, kind, patient, informative, and such a bright personality. We actually chose the place largely because of how Juliet ran the show. She also took time to set up my mom's room and made sure it was accommodating to her, we never had anyone cared like that. This just shows that this place is different. They showed us that this could be home.
