When I first come here I was welcomed by every one, but one woman was the nicest to me and always does she always welcomes me with a wide smile and always looks beautiful. She really makes my day sometimes she’s still as sweet as she was a year ago and made me like this place so much more. Her name is Alina Veselova. It’s was and still wonderful experience to live in the Mercer Island House and it still is. I still very happy here. Ethel April.

Island House is a cozy and comfortable community on Mercer Island! I am happy that my mother is a resident here. My feeling is that administration and staff are warm and try to ensure that the residents are well taken care of. The location is convenient for the residents, and I think they do provide adequate wellness activities for the residents. I would like to highlight Juliet and Wilson. Both have been very responsive to my questions and have helped my mother ease into her new community. Juliet was patient, considerate and showed a lot of humanity and sensitivity as she wanted the transition to be comfortable for my mother and family. The staff who sit at the front desk are really the angels for my mother. I can't agree more that they are super sweet and helpful towards everyone. For now, Island House works very well for our family and I would recommend it this community to others.

I love how everyone fits here at Island House! Dining experience has been good especially with having our Server Alina apart of it with her smile and generosity. Ayzhiel at the front desk and she is a full serviced carried young woman who is very helpful and caring. She always has a pleasant smile and can help in any situation. Island is an amazing place and I have never thought I would be as comfortable and happy as i am today. The social life is the best!!!

I recently had the pleasure of being hired as a musician for an event at Island House Assisted Living, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Juliet Chandler, the Director of Sales, was an absolute joy to work with — kind, professional, communicative, and organized. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone involved felt appreciated. Island House itself is a beautiful building - welcoming from the moment you walk in. Every staff member I met was friendly, helpful, and clearly dedicated to creating a positive environment for residents and guests. It was truly a wonderful experience working with Juliet and being part of such a well-run event. I’d be happy to return anytime!
