I found inspired living Ocoee, for my blind 93 year young dad a few years ago. He is so happy here, now at the age of 96. The people are so nice. Reesa is at the front desk and she does such a beautiful job taking care of life's little upsets as they happen. All of the staff here is so kind, nice and truly loves my dad. His room is beautiful. I can relax in MA, while my dad enjoys a wonderful life at Inspired Living! Love and gratitude to Robert and the entire staff.

We love Inspired Living for my 82 yo mom! This is our 3rd parent here over the years. The food is great and the staff are lovely! Risa at the front desk is the glue and has a pulse on the everything. She’s so helpful and kind. We also love Rob the ED, Stuart the activities director, Ty the lead nurse, Jerry - a jack of all trades (activities and rides), the dining room staff, the CNA staff, the operations guys and Ashley in Sales. There are many AL options but this is the best for my mom.

Every step of the way the sales team and every department welcomed our entire family and helped make the transition for our loved one as seamless as possible ! Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about Parveen, Wellness Director at Inspired Living. She is truly amazing and goes above and beyond, not only for the residents but also for their families. Her communication is outstanding—whether she’s in the building or not, she makes sure we’re always updated and reassured. Every time we visit my mother-in-law, she greets us with the warmest smile, and you can tell she genuinely loves being there and loves what she does. What stands out the most is how genuine and caring she is. Even when challenges come up, like the recent AC issue, Parveen reassures us with honesty and compassion, reminding us that big things take time, but that they are doing their best, which we appreciate so much. We only visit every six months since we live out of state, but every time we walk in, it feels like home. The care my mother-in-law receives is exceptional, and the entire health staff does an amazing job. What we value most is the communication: from regular phone calls to photos, to updates on Facebook, we always feel connected and confident that our loved one is truly cared for and loved. Tai also takes the time to call and communicate, which shows how dedicated the entire team is. The food is great, the environment is welcoming, and the love and passion the staff have for their work is evident in everything they do. But it all starts with leadership, and Parveen is without a doubt an exceptional leader. Her dedication, positivity, and heart make all the difference, and we are beyond grateful for her and the Inspired Living team. We absolutely love visiting and knowing our mother-in-law is in such wonderful hands. Thank you, Parveen and the entire Inspired Living team for everything you do, we are beyond grateful.
